The QLD State Cup is a senior Queensland Affiliate competition and only Affiliate’s may enter teams into the event. To find out how you can become an affiliated competition or get involved in an Affiliate, please visit qldtouch.com.au.
Although only Queensland Affiliates can take home the crown, we welcome invitational participation of interstate and international teams. Submit an enquiry here.
The minimum age criteria for the QLD State Cup is 16 years of age.
Special consideration has been given to the Under 20s and the Touch Football Specialised – All Abilities divisions. Participants aged 15 years may participate in these divisions only.
No further exemptions will be considered.

Only affiliate cooordinators can enter teams into the QLD State Cup. Affiliate coordinators will be required to complete all team registrations through the team nomination form.
Team Nomination Process
Note: Affiliate coordinators will not be able to enter teams through the MySideline finder.
Once your team has been entered and accepted into the event, you must complete an individual entry online via MySideline to participate in the event. Click here to view key dates.
The QLD State Cup entry fee is $110.00 per player. However, all teams and Affiliates that do not register 14 (fourteen) players for each team will be invoiced for the shortfall of players at $110.00 (GST inclusive) per player to make up to and including the 14 players required.
QTF has player loan for the QLD State Cup. If your affiliate is not sending a team or you were unsuccessful in selection you may be eligible to be loaned to another Affiliate to compete at QLD State Cup. For more information regarding the player loan, please view the Conditions of Entry.
Teams can expect to play between 2-4 games per day during round games (depending on entries and draw formats) and then a final series if successful.
The tournament goes for 3 days, each day starting at approximately 8:00am (subject to change) and into the evening. Finals will be played from Sunday morning.

If you’ve lost an item during the day at QLD State Cup, please head to the Information Desk. If the item is not there, we ask that you leave your phone number with staff and a description of the lost item. We often come across lost property after the event has closed for the day.

Affiliates can only enter one (1) team per Premier and U20s divisions. Two (2) teams may be entered for divisions in Competitive and Participation tiers.

This must be completed if you would like QTF to organise a tent for your Affiliate or if you intend to bring your own tent to the venue. Approval must be sought prior to erecting a tent at the venue.
No. All tents will be allocated around the venue, some of these will be accessible from the road however this will be on a first come first served purpose. Some areas will not be accessible by car. No vehicles are permitted on the fields.
All results can be accessed via the results page on the QLD State Cup website and on the QTF App.
All questions or protests regarding results must be completed by your team manager or affiliate coordinator. Please alert your affiliate coordinator to any issues which may arise and have the affiliate coordinator attend the information desk, which will be located near the Coomera Rugby Union Club. We will do our best to manage any enquires regarding results or protests, however we will only discuss this with an affiliate coordinator.
During a game only the coach, assistant coach and a manager are allowed in a sub box. Each team official must wear affiliate uniform. Anyone found in the sub box who isn’t a team official can be asked to leave by event staff, QTF officials and the officiating referee.
Yes. All QTF affiliates will be required to have the Qld Touch Football (QTF) logo on their QLD State Cup uniforms. You will be required to utilise a QTF approved apparel licensee, a list of these suppliers can be found here.
Yes. We are pet friendly; however, all pets must remain on a lead and under control by their owner.

In the event you are unable to attend due to illness, please contact QLD Touch Football on 07 3367 6250 or complete an enquiry form to advise your withdrawal from the event and request a refund. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis accompanied with a medical certificate.

Only affiliate contacts can enter teams into the QLD State Cup. Affiliate contacts will be required to complete all team registrations through the administrative portal of the Mysideline System.

QTF runs a player pool for the QLD State Cup. If your affiliate is not sending a team or you were unsuccessful in selection you may enter the player pool for the chance to be allocated to another team. For more information regarding the player pool, please view the ‘Conditions of Entry’ and view the ‘key dates‘ relating to the player pool process.

Generally we allow two teams per division, per affiliate, however this is dependent on final entry numbers. If numbers allow, we will provide affiliates with the opportunity of three teams per age group. Affiliates must contact the event manager prior to entering their third team to seek approval.
No. Social will only be available in Open divisions.

Yes. The QSC will be a COVIDSafe event and therefore restrictions will be in place for the duration of the event. These restrictions are subject to change upon the advice of government and health authorities.
